We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (food, treats)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@elaropets.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@elaropets.com.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
